1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bl33 ("bl33", "we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "the player", "the user") who registers an account or uses any service provided through bl33.net. By accessing bl33 or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use bl33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed bl33 account.

bl33 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one bl33 account only. If bl33 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in those accounts will be forfeited. If you have lost access to your account, contact bl33 support to recover it rather than creating a new registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your bl33 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. bl33 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bl 33 account that you do not use for any other service.
• Log out of your bl33 account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact bl33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date so that bl33 can contact you if needed.

bl33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your bl33 account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

4 Deposits and Payments

bl33 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your bl33 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bl33 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount at bl33 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though bl33 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where necessary for security or responsible gaming purposes.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• bl33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• If a deposit does not appear in your bl33 wallet within five minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• bl33 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

bl33 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via bank transfer at this time. All transactions must be processed through the supported mobile payment methods listed above. bl33 may add additional payment methods in the future, and any such additions will be reflected in the cashier section of the platform.

5 Withdrawals

bl33 processes withdrawal requests to the same bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used to make deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your name are not permitted. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with financial security requirements.

The minimum withdrawal amount at bl33 is ৳200. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. bl33 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

• Withdrawals are only available to players whose accounts have been verified.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• bl33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed in exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance or security reviews. bl33 will notify affected players promptly.
• Repeated withdrawal requests followed by re-deposits without meaningful play may be flagged as bonus abuse and investigated accordingly.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bl33 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

All bl33 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that bonus funds — and in some cases deposit funds used to claim a bonus — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page before you claim it.

• Bonuses are credited to your bl33 account automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless bl33 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• bl33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns, multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on bl33 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage published for each game reflects the long-term statistical return and is accurate at the time of publication. bl33 does not alter game outcomes based on player history, account balance, or any other factor.

Live dealer games on bl33 are operated by professional dealers in certified studios using real physical equipment. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by the physical results of the game — card draws, roulette spins, and so on — and are not subject to RNG manipulation.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the bl33 system. bl33 will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and any stake returned to the player's bl33 wallet.
• bl33 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Game rules are available within each game interface.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any bl33 game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bl33. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one bl33 account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using bl33 for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to launder money or use bl33 for any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with bl33 games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in bl33 games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any other game format where collusion could affect outcomes.
• Abusing the bl33 bonus system through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonuses without genuine play intent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bl33 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access bl33 systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bl33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after standard verification checks.

Players who wish to close their bl33 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, bl33 recommends using the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections.

10 Responsible Gaming

bl33's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's bl33 wallet at the time the relevant issue arose. bl33 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

• bl33 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made based on a misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• bl33 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• bl33 is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by the player's payment provider.

13 Changes to These Terms

bl33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. bl33 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of bl33 after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using bl33 and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account after standard verification.
